Flexistore was founded in Norway and operates one of the most technologically advanced self-storage platforms in the world. In South Africa we work exclusively with professional landlords — listed REITs, property funds and long-term private investors — on revenue-share structures that align everyone around long-term performance.

We specialise in the spaces other operators won't touch: deep basements, upper levels with weak retail footfall, oversized service areas and the forgotten corners of complex multi-tenanted buildings. Our app-controlled, unmanned concept and granular unit mix means we can make the numbers work where conventional uses can't.

What we look for

  • 1 000 – 2 500 m² of contiguous space
  • White-box condition with a level floor
  • Minimum 2.2 m ceiling height
